It’s here! It’s here! Grab some napkins, a few pals and a big appetite! We have 14 different burgers for you to try this Burger Week — all within walking distance from each other.

We’ve rounded up all the juicy details for you to plan your culinary week of exploring:

IMG_0991.JPG 1. Amsterdam Tea Room Royale with Cheese.  All beef ground patty fresh from the BBQ, real American cheese, chipotle banana ketchup, honey mustard, Jesse’s pickles, shallots on a Gunn’s bun.

2. Bailey’s The Aztec: Mexican Chili Burger. Ground beef chuck patty, jalapeno jack cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, green leaf lettuce, chipotle mayo, smothered with our Mexican chili, onion bun, topped with Cheddar cheese bites.

3. Carnaval Hamburguer de Churrasco. Pretzel bun, BBQ steak pieces from the grill, sauteed mushroom, farofa, tomatoes, pickles, leaf lettuce, mozzarella, tzatziki sauce.

4. Chosabi Krabby Patty Burger. We start by hand making a panko beyond crab patty. We also hand make panko shrimp. The beyond crab patty and the panko shrimp are then deep fried to perfection. We have also sourced an artisan bun that will hold everything in just beautifully. We start building… base bun, Japanese mayo, beyond crab patty, cucumber slices, asian slaw mixed with sweet chilli and topped off with 2 panko shrimp.

5. Cibo The Unholy Guacamole. Certified Angus chuck, guacamole, bacon, sweet spicy corn salsa, smoked provolone, fried onions, chipotle aioli, arugula, potato scallion bun.

IMG_0996.JPG6. Clementine Chicken Parm Dip. Cornflake crusted chicken, parmesan, aged Cheddar, cave aged gruyere, basil aioli, pomodoro sauce, italian milk bun, curly parsley.

IMG_0997.JPG 7. Hermanos El Rio de la Plata (The Silver River). Ground steak burger topped with sweet pickled zucchini, garlic chimichurri, and our famous crab chevre cream sauce makes this land meets sea perfection. Garnished with an Argentinean garlic cilantro shrimp skewer.

8. King and Bannatyne The King Mac. All-Beef house-made patty, BBQ braised beef, King + Bann Special Sauce, shredded iceberg lettuce, creamy Bothwell old cheddar sauce, sweet + sour Pickles, diced white onion on a sesame seed egg bun.

9. King’s Head  Ragin Cajun. 7 oz Beef patty grilled and broiled to perfection. Tossed in in a pan with our very own spicy cajun sauce. Then placed onto our glazed bun with our house made cajun mayo, lettuce, tomato and onions. Sprinkled with freshly grated parmesan served with fries.

10. Miss Browns Miss Browns Beefy Burger. All Manitoba beef patty, house smoked brisket, American cheddar, iceberg lettuce, deep fried pickle, onion, spicy Thousand Island sauce on sesame brioche bun.

11. Peasant The Hip Hip Chin Chin. 8oz house ground deluxe beef tenderloin and striploin burger patty stuffed with foie gras butter. On a flax and seeds bun from Le Croissant bakery with: double smoked boar bacon, green tomato, carpaccio, house made mushroom katsup, Canadian oka cheese and fresh mustard sprouts. Served with Peasant Cookery’s classic hand chipped fries tossed with truffle salt and served with a side of tarragon aioli.

IMG_1003.JPG12. Saddlery The Manitoban. Our signature 1/2 pound bison/chuck/pork patty, topped with our own Crown Royal BBQ Sauce, house dijon mayo, artisan greens, caramelized onions, Bothwell horseradish cheddar, house beet relish, bacon aioli, on a Manitoba rye bun. Topped with a perogy!

13. Shawarma Khan The Middle Eastern Burger. Signature seasoned beef, lamb & falafel patty topped with a sharp cheddar cheese and caramelized onion. The signature patty sits between a gourmet potato scallion bun, a base of beet hummus, rustic baby arugula and a new mint-parsley garlic sauce. Comes with a side of pita chips, beet hummus and of course a pickle! Vegan and Vegetarian options can be made with a 100% vegan falafel patty.

14. Vicky’s Poutine Burger. Homemade beef topped with our homemade French fries, savoury onion rings homemade garlic spicy aoli along with real mozzarella cheese and gravy.
