Summer is in full swing in Winnipeg. Thanks to everyone working together these last few months – we’re proud that most of our businesses have re-opened to the public and our streets are alive again with folks working, living and playing safely in the neighbourhood.

Supporting local businesses has never been more important. Every small business owner truly does a happy dance with every sale – thank you for continuing to support local businesses in the Exchange.

We’re so excited to remind everyone just how vibrant, creative and unique our local business scene is here in the Exchange. Set in a National Historic Site, our cobble stone streets will guide you to the prettiest patios, the best collection of boutique shopping in the city, and the tastiest meals in town.

We have so much to see, do, taste and experience in the neighbourhood this summer, and we want to share in the fun + good times – so we are giving away an overnight stay in a king guest room at the Mere Hotel and a $500 Exchange District shopping spree sponsored by Entegra Credit Union to be spent at select Exchange District businesses!

To enter is easy, all you have to do:

  1. come visit the Exchange
  2. share your visit/experience/find at an Exchange business on Instagram
  3. tag us and use the hashtag #summerintheexchange
