Parlour proudly serves and sells ethically sourced and seasonally fresh specialty coffee from several of North America’s leading micro coffee roasters including 49th Parallel, and Dogwood Coffee. We also really love and serve great tea from Camellia Sinensis (Quebec).
Our retail offering includes freshly roasted coffee beans, high quality tea, and coffee brewing paraphernalia / accessories. We carry Aeropress, Baratza burr grinders, Chemex, Hario, Keep Cups, and the world’s best drip coffee maker, the Technivorm Moccamaster.
Bronuts, Tall Grass Prairie Bakery , High Tea Bakery , Hildegard’s Bakery and our pals at Beet Happening supply us with fresh baked goods, delivered daily. We use Red Spring Bakery organic sourdough bread for our not-too-fancy toast menu featuring housemade ricotta and jams from our pal Kelsea at Vera Pizza.
We try our best to cater to a variety of dietary restrictions and offer milk alternatives, as well as vegan and gluten free baked goods.
