Culture Days is a collaborative pan-Canadian volunteer movement to raise awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of all Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities.
The 8th annual Culture Days weekend is September 29, 30 and October 1, 2017 and will feature thousands of free, hands-on, interactive arts and cultural activities.
Culture Days aims to foster appreciation and support of the artistic and cultural life that is lived, created and expressed across the country in urban centers and rural communities alike.
The Culture Days launch begins the morning of Friday, September 29 during Student Day at The Forks and Storytelling Day at The Forks. Then, search through the Culture Days activities list to plan your weekend of free activities, including studio tours, handcrafting jewellery demonstrations, dance lessons and more.
Visit mb.culturedays.ca for the full list of free activities all weekend long.
