On September 23, join us at the Canadian regional Pitch Competition in Winnipeg to win $5,000 for first place – with an opportunity to present at the global finals in Hefei, China and a chance to win roughly $60,000 CDN. This competition is open to firms in artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, biomedical and IT, who are at the pre-revenue stage up to $1M a year in revenue.
There will be 3 judges, and every audience member will get a token to select their favorite. The winner of the audience vote will be the “4th judge”.
Why Hefei:
The Hefei High Tech Economic Zone (Hefei, China) is hosting a global competition seeking disruptive technology with regional competitions in the countries of Canada, Israel, Japan, Finland and the United Kingdom, and the USA. Hefei has selected Winnipeg as the location for the Canadian regional competition, hosted by the Manitoba Technology Accelerator (MTA) in partnership with Bioscience Association Manitoba (BAM) and the Western Canadian Incubator Alliance.
