On January 21, as part of the opening day of the inaugural Lights on the Exchange event, APTN National News proudly presents a special, in-person screening of its feature-length documentary, The Power Was With Us: Idle No More, a sweeping chronicle of the movement’s dramatic emergence back in late 2012 / early 2013. A co-presentation with the Winnipeg Film Group, the Exchange District Biz, the University of Manitoba Centre for Human Rights Research, and its academic partners at the University of Winnipeg. Directors/producers Rick Harp and Tim Fontaine will both be in attendance.
