When a town mayor is suspected of embezzling funds, two bumbling police officers set up a sting to lure him into a confession. Toss in a neurotic security guard, an accountant who can’t keep her clothes on and a bagpipe-wielding Scottish hitman, and things go hilariously awry in this tailspin of mistaken identities, surprise twists and unintentional innuendo.
