For 12 days, from July 17 to 28, venues across the city will host an array of indie theatre performances from comedy, to improv, to drama.
The heart of the festival is the Bell MTS Outdoor Stage (aka the Cube) in Old Market Square. Here, in the historic cultural hub of the city’s Exchange District, you can enjoy free music and “pass the hat” entertainment; exciting street performers will take the stage throughout the day, every day, performing death-defying stunts or winning you over with comedy. Or join a noon-hour concert series that takes place each day to brighten your lunch hour. Then at 8pm until midnight, featured bands take the stage and turn the Square into one big dance party.
