Patent 5 Distillery– Santa Ana Spice
Not quite a toddy, not a hot chocolate, the Santa Ana Spice is aromatic and warming, and vegan-friendly! Cacao nib infused vodka, creme de cacao, house chocolate chai blend, smoky cinnamon & tonka syrup. Named after the archaeological site where they first found evidence of the use of cacao.
Across the Board
The Witches Brew
A boozy brew of kahlua, amaretto, gingerbread spiced syrup, espresso, and steamed oat milk, topped with whipped cream and a gingerbread snack! We imagine this is what Hansel and Gretel’s witch might have been sipping on while cooking up her evil plans…
Bronuts
The Bah Humbug
A rich blend of dark chocolate and cinnamon mocha, topped with heavenly whipped cream and finished with a brûlée doughnut hole. Ebenezer Scrooge-approved.
Amsterdam Tea Room
Cherry Baby
This spirited tea latte blends Jim Beam Black, chocolate bitters, winter spices, vanilla and brown sugar with cherry & hibiscus tea and a boozy cherry on top—a perfect blend tart cherries, warm spices and a rich chocolate finish.
Little Brown Jug
Brewer’s Toddy
This Brewer’s Toddy is inspired by an old-time tradition when brewers would scoop warm runnings from their mash at the beginning stages of their brew and add a splash of Whiskey. The runnings have all the sweetness from the barley before it’s bittered with hops. This version adds whiskey, lemon and cloves to sweet mash runnings, resulting in a sweet, grainy and wholesome beverage that warms you from the inside.
Cake-ology: Blossoming Ruby Hot Chocolate (WINNER)
Made with Barry Callebaut ruby chocolate, local milk and a touch of Fleur De Sel, this decadent hot chocolate gets even fancier with a house-made white chocolate cup and marshmallow flower. The hot chocolate is then topped with the marshmallow flower, melting it slightly to create a blossomed flower.
Clementine
Pecan Butter Tart Latte
A nutty bled of toasted pecan shortbread and brown butter steamed milk is poured over Little Sister Coffee Maker Stargazer Espresso, capturing the taste of your favourite holiday tart.

Nonsuch Brewing Co
Mulled Holiday Ale
A robust 7% cranberry ale heated with a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamon and honey to create a brewtiful, warming winter holiday ale.
Acorn Café
