Break up your day and join the Exchange District Biz and Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre for FREE drop -in fitness classes in Stephen Juba Park three times a week. Grab your coworkers and a water bottle for some light movement and waterfront park views.

This class will focus on building a strong foundation or yoga and everyday life.  You can expect to learn proper form, breathing techniques, while creating a strong mind and body with each session.  All you need is a mat or towel to participant, all levels are welcome!

Get ready to move, sweat and have fun training outdoors!  These full-body workouts will incorporate functional movement using minimal equipment while building strength and improving your fitness. All you need is a water bottle and a mat or towel to participate, all levels are welcome!
